We created the Ayrton Senna print out of respect for the Brazilian McLaren F1 driver. A legend who dominated Formula 1 in late ’80s and early ’90s, Ayrton Senna da Silva represents probably the greatest driver to ever compete in F1, defying human limits. And yet, he tragically ended his career in a fatal accident in the seventh lap of the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix, loosing control over his (then Williams) car.

Senna not only transformed the sport through his excellence, but his death also profoundly changed the way the sport approached safety. Investigators later proved that a mechanical failure in the steering column caused the fatal crash. Yet, this tragedy triggered multiple reforms regarding driver safety, and so Formula One didn’t suffer another fatal accident for the two decades

Therefore, as a show of respect, we drew this digital artwork by hand, with a hint of a vintage look. This poster belongs on the wall of any true F1 fan, proudly displayed in a place of honor.

How we prepare the Ayrton Senna print for shipping?

Once the artwork comes off the printer, we allow the ink to fully dry, ensuring a flawless finish. We include a couple of freebie F1 stickers – a small surprise we think you’ll love! Next, we carefully wrap the print in acid-free black paper. We roll it securely, and tie it with a red ribbon, making it ready to gift right out of the mailing tube. Finally, we place the poster inside a sturdy cardboard mailing tube for safe delivery.

We do not offer framed versions for international shipping outside Romania due to the risk of glass damage during transit. The F1 Ayrton Senna print comes in two sizes:
