These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of OVERLAP SPACE SRL’s Website, located at https://koalitia.ro.

Purchases.

You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products, subscriptions, or services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us, or we will not be obligated to sell the products, subscriptions, or services to you. Acceptance of your order will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation e-mail. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation e-mail by contacting us at contact@koalitia.ro. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold to you.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise indicated on the Website, prices for products and services do not include VAT, other taxes, delivery, export, or other charges. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by us. We reserve the right to, at any time prior to fulfillment, cancel any orders arising from such errors, for any other reason, or for no reason. All prices displayed on this Website apply only to the products, Subscriptions, or Services available on the Website and may not reflect the prices of such products, Subscriptions, or similar items, available through retail stores, catalogs, other online marketplaces, or otherwise.

Returns and Refunds.

Product returns and refunds apply to physical products only, excluding poster frames or products damaged by the frame, glass or other frame elements! We inform the customer that we do not take responsibility for the integrity of the transport if they want the poster to be delivered with a frame.

If the products delivered without a frame were damaged during transport, please send us an e-mail to contact@koalitia.ro, including a picture of the package and the damaged products, within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the products. If you provide proof of the defect caused by delivery, it is unnecessary to return the products, we will send a new, identical product instead, or refund the product without shipping costs. Complaints after 48 hours of receiving the package will not be considered.

Except for any other products designated on our website as non-returnable or non-refundable, we will accept the return of products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling charges, provided that the return is made within the within 14 days of receiving the package, and provided that these products are returned in their original condition.

Subscriptions, digital products, and made-to-order products are not subject to returns or refunds.

In the case of games, the customer may request the return of the product(s) unused, unassembled (if applicable) – i.e. in the condition in which they were received, only in the original, undamaged, unopened packaging, and together with the relevant order documents, in the original. To request the return of a physical product, you must send an email to our Customer Service Department at contact@koalitia.ro. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned items. You bear the risk of loss or damage in transit, and therefore we strongly recommend that you fully insure the return shipment against loss or damage and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Refunds, when permitted, are processed within approximately fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product return. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

Product Warranty.

WE WARRANT THAT PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURING AND WORKMANSHIP. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO SUBSCRIPTIONS OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

Who May Use This Warranty?

This warranty of conformity extends only to the original purchaser of the products on the site. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other owner or assignee of the product.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty of conformity covers defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from the Website. The product that does not conform or has hidden defects will be replaced or, if replacement is not possible, its value will be returned to you.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:

  • transportation;

  • storage;

  • improper use;

  • failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;

  • modifications;

  • combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by USPC;

  • unauthorized repair;

  • normal wear and tear; or

  • external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

What is the Period of Coverage?

This warranty is for 30 days from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only.

What Are Your Remedies Under This Warranty?

With respect to any defective product during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such product (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such product. We will also pay the shipping and handling charges to return the repaired or replaced product to you if we choose to repair or replace the defective products.

How Do You Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain the warranty service, you must send us an email to contact@koalitia.ro during the warranty period. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims we receive after the warranty period. We reserve the right, when we consider that the client’s actions were malicious, to ask him for interest damages, under the conditions of the legislation in force.
